So I found a job, two days a week in an art studio for a major advertising agency. The people were great, but I found myself having to turn down freelance out of professional loyalty to my commitment to the agency. I was getting frustrated and unhappy, to the point where I hated getting up on Monday. I decided it wasn't worth it and I'd rather hustle a bit more than limit the amount of freelance I could do.
It was the best decision I could have made! Work picked up, I'm not stressed about getting up at 6AM on Mondays and my schedule is my own again. And if things get slow, I can hustle and pick up some new clients, or learn some new skills. Going back to an office environment was definitely an eye-opener. Sometimes you need to fall backwards to move forward.

Cheers!
